Mares VOLO RACE fins are designed to provide maximum thrust with minimal effort. Thanks to an anatomically shaped boot, OPB - Optimized Pivoting Blade technology and performance channels, they offer a smooth kick, efficient energy transfer and comfort while diving.

OPB (Optimized Pivoting Blade) technology

The OPB system keeps the blade at an optimal angle throughout the entire kick cycle. While traditional fins only reach their peak efficiency during a certain part of the stroke, OPB technology ensures consistent performance throughout the up and down stroke.

Specially shaped channels capture and direct more water than conventional flat blades of comparable size. This allows the fins to create a stronger pushing effect without having to exert more effort. This makes the fin fit well on the foot and allows for comfortable use even during longer dives.
