INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. First, make sure the buoy is deflated. Open the bag and put your belongings inside.
2. To close, fold the closure strip and roll over the marked area (3 times in total).
3. Connect the plastic buckles together.
4. Loosen the filling cap, inflate with your mouth and screw the cap back on tightly. Repeat on the other side.
5. Adjust the strap to fit your waist.
6. To deflate the buoy, loosen the deflation cap.
