Due to the fact that there have been incorrect instructions on the internet for the care of TIZIP for products other than diving suits, we would like to inform users who have a TIZIP plastic zipper installed in a diving suit or other suit to pay the following attention to its care.

TIZIP must be cared for according to the instructions included with each zipper lubricant.
Never apply lubricant to the entire length of the zipper, but only to the docking area. Carefully apply the lubricant to the surface on the front and back of the lock, as well as inside where the zipper chains connect. We recommend treating the zipper, e.g. after every third dive, etc. If the teeth are dirty, use only soapy water and a soft brush to clean them. Never clean the TIZIP with gasoline, toluene or any chemical product. This procedure will permanently damage the polyurethane layer under the teeth, which will then crack, peel off and break the watertightness of the teeth.
Warning from the manufacturer of TIZIP: Never use wax or silicone spray for lubrication, which may contain solvent-based substances.
